Have your phone forget the device and then re-pair them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In your phone settings, "forget" the device and redo. I've had that happen when switching between my phone and laptop and it worked without a hitch.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried to select forget on you phone then retry. If you have not done that it might work. That normally happens with all my Bluetooth items that seem not to want to repair to my devices. If you have already done then I apologize.
