“My earbuds will not charge! When I plug the charger into the unit, the light stays red for 30 seconds or less and then goes off. What could be the problem? I just bought them 2 weeks ago!!”

• Honestly, I don't know. I have not experienced that problem, maybe take them back to best buy and exchange them for a new set.
