• I never tried to plug in overnight . I usually do it before work , but i think you will be fine

• Yes, that is how i charge mine overnight, I average 3-4 years of use with my headsets

• Yes u can but just make sure u use it that day and make sure it is dead or half way dead that night charge it and it
