- Answer Are you sure that the phone your using at work uses Bluetooth? You shouldn’t need any adapter to pair with another Bluetooth device.

QuestionJust got these headphones, used them once and after charging them they do not work. The light keeps blinking no matter what I try to do. I have tried multiple times to turn off/on as well as try to disconnect/connect to my phone. What is going on?
