• Are you sure that the phone your using at work uses Bluetooth? You shouldn’t need any adapter to pair with another Bluetooth device.

• No adapter is included and I dont know where you would plug one in on these. Just connect to your bluetooth. That's why they are wireless so you dont gave to plug in

• mine connects fine. just hold button down until u see th green and red lights flashing then connect.
