• Yes. The Logitech K800 has a caps lock light .

• This keyboard doesn't have that but there are some, however they are a lot more expensive and would drain the battery easier if caps lock is left on.

• Yes, the logitech K360 has one (I got it as a set with a wireless mouse, but the keyboard is also available separately), and there must be numerous others -- it's something to look for before buying, since some do not have it.

• No there isn't. I should have added that an indicator of when the caps lock key is on would be helpful.
