“I just got my headphones and they worked at first but the second I put them on the charger, they wont even turn on??? They have been charging and I've read all of the instructions but it still wont turn on? Is this a common problem?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Doesn't work while charging. Unplug charger and then try. That is the purpose of the short charging cable so that you don't have to have your head close to the charging source.
