• With sweat, I think you also run the risk of shorting it out as mine suddenly turned off and refused to turn back on no matter what. Charging it had no effect as no red light came up to indicate otherwise.

• Yes it will come out of your ears if you sweat. I know because I've had my hair (long) wet and sometimes my ears get wet and it comes right out.
