- Answer It has 2 side buttons: +/- volume up and down button; and a skip to next or previous track button. And of course the main power/talk/play/pause/pairing button (per package instructions ). I love these earphones; own 3 pairs, me, husband and daughter.

QuestionI just got the black ones today, charged them for 4 hours. The paring went as described and the female voice says “your device is connected” indicates connected in my devices on the iph7; then automatically goes to not connected. Any suggestions?

QuestionMy headphones used to work with my MEE Bluetooth transmitter for my TV. Now it won’t pair anymore. Both items will pair with other things, but no longer with each other. I would watch my movies with transmitter plugged to tv and PS4, worked many times.

QuestionCouple of questions: When turning ON or OFF it does not announce On or Off as the user manual says. Seems like when I start using the headphones the sound keeps dropping, but after a while it works fine.

- Answer Mine say power on and power off when needed... Yours may be defective if not. Also have no sound drops.

QuestionSince I went through the most recent Windows upgrade, the Bluetooth connection to these headphones has been flaky. It connects then drops. It connects only to the "headset" device, not the "headphones". Anyone seen similar problems?

- Answer Mine do too. They also seem to break up quite a bit if the phone is not RIGHT next to it. Not super thrilled with this product. My JBL ear buds work a lot better.
