A:AnswerI successfully used the Insignia wireless headset in France this past week. I used my European voltage converter with a USB port to recharge the headset.
A:AnswerThey don’t extend you ,put them around your neck and over your eatr the top of your ear should stick up between the the ear pad and the hook part of the headphones
A:AnswerOccasionally cuts out but very rarely (as in I've had them since April 21st 2018 and it is now May 28th 2018 and it's only happened twice) and only for a split second unless you are a good distance from the connected device. Otherwise it sounds great in my opinion. Nice and clear and haven't had any static or disturbing issues with the sound quality. Sounds as good as it does straight from my phone which is a Moto z2 Force.
A:AnswerIf it's anything like my s8plus, as soon as I connect my headset it goes to a specific sound level, next time you connect try to turn them down via the headset first then the phone. If it still happens I'd warranty them out because they probably are defective. But whenever you change that volume usually it's fine next time you connect to your phone like mine is.
A:AnswerConnect one first to the device you are trying to, then put them back in th box and do the same for the second one. Sometimes you can change the name of the headphones on your phone so you won't get them mixed up. But whenever they are both on, as long as you don't connect to the wrong headset the Bluetooth part should only make it so that it goes to your device.
A:AnswerHave you tried to disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your phone?
I have had this issue on 5 different cell phones with 4 different wireless headsets, and the issues seem to go away simply by resetting Bluetooth.
A:AnswerI dont think so. I thought they were to small until I figured out just how the go around my head and either over or under your ears. Once I got it down they fit fine.
A:AnswerUnfortunately no. As soon as you connect the power cable, the headphones turn off and go into charging mode. Your not able to turn them on while the cable is connected.
But they have up to 10 hours of play time! Just charge them at night and you'll be good for the day!
