It should connect and say on your headphones “power on device connected. To shut the headphones off simply press left side till the light on the headphones turns red. To turn on be within Bluetooth distance and press a short press till you see it turn blue.

Turned off, press and hold II on the headphones for 4 seconds. The blue & red lights will blink alternately and pairing is activated. Double click Insignia NS-CAHBT02 icon on the computer and then next. After the headphones have been paired, click next. Go to your speaker volume and see that it shows Insignia NS- CAHBT02 Be patient, and keep trying, it will get easier.
