“Can I use these headphones with my PC. The headphones show on my pc as a bluetooth device, but it won't connect”

Yes they can be used with a PC. Put the headphones in pairing mode - hold the button until you hear 2 beeps. On your PC click on the headphones bluetooth device in the list, Then click on - A2DP (Sink) - and the headphones will start pairing. A voice will confirm pairing. At least this what I have to do to get mine to connect. Good luck!

I had to figure out that I had to hold the ON switch for about 6-8 seconds before the "Power On" announcement was heard. Then, after a very few more seconds, "Your device is connected" is heard. I had no problem connecting to MY computer, but yours may not. It WILL connect via a wired connector which is included, but I prefer the Bluetooth option.
