I just purchased a Inspiron 17 7000 2 in 1. For the past couple of weeks I have had connection between my headset "Sony MDR-XB950BT without any problems. For the last couple of day, I have no connection. I go into Setting to see if I can Pair again. I'm having problems pairing. Can you give me some instructions on how to get this working again. Thanks

Please try again later.Its possible depending on the type of system and which bluetooth is installed, it could be either the drivers that need to be downloaded form product website or the computer is not compatible with the same type of bluetooth as the headphones. For example one has bluetooth 4.1 and the other has bluetooth 4.2, because my doesn't connect to my laptop as well and windows couldn't find nor could the update the bluetooth drivers for the headset thru windows update. hope this gives you a direction to go or some more info on the subject.
