will it connect 3-Series - 1080p - Smart - HDTV Roku TV null

I have not been able to connect it to my ROKU TV. My ROKU TV is just three months old and has all the bells and whistles but no Bluetooth connection as far as I can see. And, I have looked all through the set up menu with no luck.
