Yes very that's the reason I purchased them..I have no complaints

These are great for exercise. That's what I actually use them for. It's great to be on the treadmill and have your hands-free and not have to worry about hitting a cord and knocking your phone off the treadmill. Also the sound quality does not go down the longer I use them.I do a light jog on the treadmill for about an hour so I do get a little sweaty and they don't slip or fall off. With the noise cancellation it allows you just to focus on yourself and block everything out in the gym or wherever you work out
