“I have two of them one is working great, but the other one (that was working) is now blinking Red and Blue none stop an can't seam to get it to pair back, I had it on the charger till the red light went off, but it still does not work”

I don't have a clue why it is not working correctly. Call the manufacturer and talk with them. It sounds like a replacement issue under warranty..
