A:AnswerIf the camera has the option for wireless it should work. I'm not familiar with that model, but if the camera has a setting to turn on wireless shutter release then it should work. I have a Nikon 7500 and it works great.
A:AnswerI have the Nikon D5500, and all I have to do is select the remote function within my camera and it's automatically ready for use. There are no wires or special connetions needed.
A:AnswerI was told by the Rep at Best Buy as long as it's a Nikon and your camera gives you an option to use the remote there's no problem. This is my first time using a remote with my Nikon.
A:AnswerThis remote is compatible with the Nikon D3400. You will be using the release mode button, to the left of the trash can to sync your remote and using the last option "quick-response remote" after that it should be set up!
A:AnswerYes, the remote works with the D7100 at least as far as I experimented with it. I tired the remote in Auto, Shutter Priority and Manual modes, using "Time" as the Manual mode shutter speed, and it worked fine. Using it in Manual mode with a "Bulb" shutter speed resulted in the camera taking a shot about once a second, as long as I had the remote button depressed. This probably isn't a big deal, since with the "Time" shutter speed setting, pressing the remote opens the shutter and pressing a second time closes it, so the "Bulb" selection isn't needed. I think this has to do with the programmed camera operation or a camera setting I may have missed. Overall, the remote does trigger action by the D7100, but some further reading of the camera's manual and some experimentation may be needed to integrate remote operation with all of the camera's different functions.
