QuestionI have an a/c sleeve for a through the wall air conditioner. Problem is I have a high ceiling & the front of the sleeve is about 20 feet up! The sleeve can be reached easily from the back, which is on the roof. Can your installers still install an a/c?

QuestionWill the Geek squad install additional back support bracket for the AC that is mounted outside to keep the AC from falling? and is the hardware included or do I have to purchase the bracket separately?

- Answer I think you would have to get a carpenter to cut a hole in your wall, hopefully you don't have an apt or condo because that would probably not be allowed. Cutting a hole in a wall would go beyond the level of expertise of installers.

QuestionI have a wall unit air conditioner that needs to be installed. It is 11,800 btu's. The old wall unit has to be taken out. They will have to cut out an replaster the area for the new air conditioner. It is 3 inches shorter in length.
