Hi Johanna. Thank you for your question! The Omni parts/accessories are (Polytetrafluoroethylene)-free, PFOA and BPA free and compliant with FDA standards. The Omni toaster oven is PFOA-free and PTFE (Teflon) free and does not contain any harmful coatings or produce any harmful off-gassing. The cooking pan for the Omni is enamel-coated.
