Bought this for the air fryer capability and was NOT disappointed. Wings came out fantastic -- about like what you get at Longhorn. Turned them over halfway through the first time, but quickly came to realize that isn't necessary. Tater tots came out fantastic too. Cleanup not too bad due to the nonstick interior. And this thing makes pretty decent toast as well. So why only four stars? The beeping. Constant beeping. There is literally no way to interact with this thing without it beeping at you. It even beeps when you open the door, and beeps again when you close it. Thanks, I never would have known I just opened the door if it hadn't beeped at me. Why do manufacturers do this? Do they think consumers want this? The other negative is that the fryer basket does not slide into the supports built into the oven, like the drip tray and the wire shelf do. That means it's a little smaller than it needs to be, and that you can't use it without also using the wire shelf, which means something else to clean. Finally, it gets pretty hot in some exterior places. If used on a countertop, I wouldn't recommend using this for anything where it's going to be on for more than ten minutes or so, without pulling it away from the wall. But mostly, it's just a beast.

I needed to replace my old air-fryer / toaster / oven because the door no longer stayed closed and I selected this because it was on sale, did more things and I am very happy with my Instant Pot pot and my Instant Pot Sous-Vide circulator. It isn't perfect. There have been reviews that said the racks aren't sized properly and can slip out of their slots in the oven...This is true for the toaster rack in my case, but it is actually only slightly too small and the adjustment required to avoid this is quickly learned. I haven't had an issue since the first day. More important is the venting...This you need to be aware of...The convection fan vents from the rear and there is a baffle which directs the air upwards. The air can be very hot. The clearances required are real. If you ignore them you probably will scorch your cabinets. I place mine on the end of the counter and turn it sideways when using so the vent has nothing above it. It works but is awkward. Unfortunately, standard vertical clearances between counters and wall cabinets is two to three inches shy of the requirements for this product. That said...If you can place it in a safe spot, get it! It air fries very nicely, and there is no need to turn the basket in most cases, even though the oven will prompt yo to do so. It does seem to cook hot though, so I reduce the temp and time from package directions in most cases and use my judgement on stuff I make from scratch. Toast is quicker and more successful than my old oven too. It does perform as advertised. one last little point...the website is super frustration to navigate for this product and the internet page the manual sends you to doesn't seem to exist.

    2 Bad units shipped out

The first unit i received couldn't keep accurate temperate and was 50+ degrees Fahrenheit over the set temperature when checking with an oven thermometer. The replacement unit was clearly used with dirt on the touch panel and the top was dented. Wish I could have gotten a working unit. Best buy need quality control to ensure faulty/ damaged units are not sent out.

Omni Pro 18 L Touchscreen Failure

Right out of the box the temperature touch screen was very sensitive but usable. Was impressed with the toast evenness ability. Banana bread cooked much faster in the Omni Pro than my previous Kitchenaid toaster oven and much much faster that the oven. Everything air fried turned out really good including two (2) Cornish hens. After a couple of weeks the temperature touch screen stopped working. I unplugged the unit and then plugged it back in and it worked for a few days until suddenly the units turned from degrees F to degrees C. At this point it wouldn't let me change the temperature setting for any selection (air fry, bake, etc.). Return process with Best Buy was painless, however, I was still within the 30 day warranty period. The unit has promise but a sensitive and eventual non-working touch screen is obviously unacceptable.

I got this one for one of the best prices of the year. It is an excellent choice. My only complaint is that it does not look as modern as it shows itself in the pictures/review videos. It looks very odd in any kitchen. I didn't buy it for its main feature which is rotisserie chicken, so cannot comment on that. Bake, airfry, toast, pizza all wonderful, compare to my previous one (Breville).

Loved this device bought at Best Buy from Fall of 2021 until just now Fall of 2023. Touchscreen for the timer no longer responsive. No fix is available. Instant Pot Customer service, which by now obviously knows this is a major problem as I am seeing countless reviews everywhere with the same issue, gave me the cold shoulder saying no warranty, not fixing or replacing. At first they tried to give me 20% off and when I complained that was not cool they offered me 40% off to buy a new one. For what? To buy another and be out another couple hundred dollars to have the next one break again? Literally designed to fail and purchase more. A real shame as the device works exceptionally well. But a waste of money when end of life is 2 years. Do better, Instant Pot!

I purchased with extended warranty and very glad i did. 1. As wiith conventional pvens, you have to let it run an hour on highest temp to burn off plastic smell, otherwise all of your food will taste like burnt plastic. 2. Wash it before turning on the forst time. 3.. the numbers on the it began to fade to a point i could not tell what the temp or time was on the fryer. This is why i had to return and exchange. 4. Not ideal for small kitchens. It is pretty deep tall and wide like a big microwave orover range microwave. 5. Not simple to clean or keep clean 6. Takes up a lot of power when running. I have to reset breaker when cooking, quite often. 7 the rotisserie chicken feature is cute at best. Have to use a chicken slightly bigger, not much bigger, than a cornish hen. 3lbs or so. Taste great though!

I love this little oven. I've used it frequently for banking and it's an excellent air fryer. I haven't tried all it's features so I can't give a complete review. It's easy to use for the most part and be mindful of where you place it with the venting, which was mentioned in another review. Sadly, my touch screen stopped responding for me when trying to increase or decrease time and temperature so be mindful. So now, I am unable to use it. I hope I can get it repaired because honestly, it's worth it to keep my little oven.

We Purchased and have enjoyed it, but recently the temperature button got stuck on 350 and won't change. Also like other reviewers, the rack does fall down sometimes but it's manageable. Thankfully we bought the 2 year accident plan, so hoping they can fix or replace the unit.

The oven has worked well up until almost a year when the display started to dim and then we can no longer change the temperature or time. We could not upload a video to the company to get the warranty so we’ll run it until it no longer works as it is and then we’ll buy the Ninja which was my first choice. My wife wanted to tey this one!

I really loved the oven while it was working, but about a week ago the portion of the touchscreen that allows you to change the cooking time simply stopped working. From looking through some reviews, it seems this is a pretty common problem. Too bad it's out of warranty.
