• Sure. It depends on how much rice you cook but it may take time less than 30 minutes.

• It has a rice cooker button. As far as how long it takes, I’m not sure, I haven’t used that option yet.

• Yes it has a rice setting but i havent used it. You should be able to google instant pot rice recipes to get a timeframe idea.
