• This model does not have a steam function, it was replaced with the sous vide option.

• no that’s basically what pressure cooking is pressurized steam just use pressure cooking mode

• Yes. There is a steam function. My wife discovered that her rice, due to temperature, steamed itself by the amount of water she added to the rice.

• Yes there is a steam function button on there. I am happy I watched a YouTube video on it because I was a bit confused also on the steam function. You can’t allow the steam to release automatically or you can manually do it
