Check to make sure they support 6th and 7th generation Intel Core Processors. I’ve attached a picture of the box my motherboard arrived in. Any processor that works with an Intel processor will have the Intel logo printed somewhere on the front of the box.
A:AnswerNo. The current motherboard in your pc only hosts up to the 4th generation of intel processors. Meaning anything from 4970 to the 4400. Nothing from the 5th, 6th, 7th, or 8th generation.
