• The chipsets for the 9th gen processors are DDR4 only.

• It is for DDR4-2666 and newer only. Though you may be able to OC depending on your motherboard.

• I am unsure depends on the motherboard however with a new processor like this , it's most likely will be ddr4 I was unable to use ddr3 on newer motherboards I have with this process keep in mind this has no integrated graphics.
