No fan Is included It's flagship processor. So they expect you to buy an aftermarket cooler. It's a very great processor though!

Most CPUs do not come with stock coolers, Unless it's in the description or on the box. The cpu that comes with a cooler, They come in a bigger box not small and slim one.

Mine did not come with a fan. I would use liquid. I think 12th Gen came with fans, this is 13th Gen.

It includes no cooler at all. You have to buy your own
