Hi, I'm a employee at one of the stores and I was not under any of our systems able to pre order this item. I was however able to call the 1-800-bestbuy and they were able to preorder it for me over the phone. You could try that, although it is possible for the pre-orders to no longer be available due to stock limitations not sure.

I think I read somewhere that those who pre-order this will be able to get them the same day they release (on the 19th) so I think that's the most likely case. Unfortunate.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, I was able to pre-order two of them. I went to the app on my cell, it said call the store. They put me on hold twice, and were not able to order the part. Then I went to my desktop pc, and it told me the same thing you had, so I clicked chat now. I then explained the situation to the Rep on the chat, and they were able to order 2 of them for me (one for me one for my wife) . I hope it has shipped so I receive it tomorrow, I have everything ready to build except the chips!!! Good luck.
