You need to ask your accountant. Most have DropBox or someway you can email it or you can drop off a flash drive or CD. Within QB you can save an accountant's copy but check with your guy to make sure what file type they prefer to receive.

Yes, I believe you can, I know with the online version my accountant can access my files. If you need to access your account from another device my understanding is you can only access on the device it was installed on. I haven't gotten that far yet.
