• A:Answer Yes. QuickBooks invoicing is very simple to use. We have a small roofing company and generate invoices from QuickBooks. You can print and mail or email directly from QuickBooks. The invoices print on regular printer paper. You can customize how you want your invoices to look and what prints on them. We have 2 invoice templates, one for ourselves that's more detailed and one that goes to the customer.

• A:Answer You need to ask your accountant. Most have DropBox or someway you can email it or you can drop off a flash drive or CD. Within QB you can save an accountant's copy but check with your guy to make sure what file type they prefer to receive.

• A:Answer You will only be working on the same information if you are linked to a network. When you open Quickbooks, you have to open the same active file to work from both computers. If you don't have your computers networked, consider Quickbooks on the cloud so you can log in to same info from any computer. You can always call Intuit to confirm.
