Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes and no. You can have multiple company files, with multiple accounts (checking, credit cards, loans, etc.) within each company. But some people try to put two or more companies within one company file-- and that will result in problems. And when done correctly (individual company files) the limitation is that you can only have one company open at a time. I know some property owners that keep and file taxes for each individual property, but want to roll-up all individual property files into one large report and I believe that remains a frustrating showstopper. I HAVE NOT worked with the property management version-- which may resolve that. In all cases, use the on-line chat at Intuit for up-to-the-minute answers to which version will work best for your specific needs. They DO want a satisfied customer so you will get straight information.
