I thought I had the same problem until I realized the product code was "buried" in the email with the download instructions. It was hard to see and notice, but the product code was there....

The problem is with the actual confirmation process. You will receive another e-mail with the product code and the license number despite the first e-mail with a digital library link. It was confusing to me as well. For me it was about 30 minutes after I made the purchase.
