• A:Answer Yes. This is the primary reason I have chosen to continue to use the desktop version rather than the online version. I have 3 "companies" that I maintain books for, and, as far as I have seen, there is no limit to the number of company files you can have.

• A:Answer You head to quickbooks.com and download it from there and use the cd key that came with your purchased copy. I had to do the same with my MacBook Pro.
