There is no manual, but there is extensive help and tutorials, so it isn't exactly fair to say there is no "manual". I have used this software for 25 years and never taken a course or called customer support. In all accounting, however, one does need to consider the use of an accountant due to the complex nature of the tax code especially as it relates to business. But, Quickbooks is a powerful program and capable of doing everything (filing forms and taxes) if you keep accurate data. When you start the software, it will guide you through setting up your company/business. Be ready to spend some time on it, but as with everything of this nature, the learning curve is expected. It is a good program.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is NO Manual, just the CD to download the files. If you don't know how to use and do accounting you will need someone to help you. If it's just for you personally and not a business you might be able to find a book online. Generally, you pay big bucks to have someone train you how to use Quickbooks through Intuit the mfg of the product. If it is for a new business, by all means talk to your accountant or higher a bookkeeper to set it up for you that has experience with the software. It's simple to start up but if you don't know how to do accounting you may be lost. Good Luck!
