yes -- allows your own expense categories, multiple banks and financial institutions, allows for multiple instances -- one for Ladies Aux, one for School, one for trips and outings...each one in a different "file" -- assuming you want these separate. Else -- make up categories as needed. Reports are very good, too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I use it for a non-profit and two small businesses that I have. It will print checks, but I think that you have to order special checks. You can probably find out the check requirements by going to Quicken's website. You might want to look at QuickBooks while you're looking at the website. You may find that it is better for you. I've never used it, but know people who do.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In a word, yes. Both Expenses and Income can be tracked--and with a little ingenuity, the income can be recorded so that an individual record of giving can be produced at any time. If this is used for both income and expenses, it can be reconciled with the bank statement monthly to provide the church "family" confidence and comfort. Information security and privacy is an issue with church records, and this can be handled by saving the data to a thumb drive after each entry session and securing the thumb drive in a locked box accessible by selected church officials only.
