i am using a wired mouse and wired keyboard and have two windows machines connected. i am able to switch back and forth between the two machines and use the mouse/keyboard without issues.

I am not using a wireless keyboard and mouse with this specific KVM, but I am using a wireless keyboard and mouse with a different one so I can't say for sure, but I believe it should work.
