• You need to make sure you get a switch with USB support for the peripherals. Older KVM's did not have that capability. Of course each of the two PC's need matching input connectors. The IOGear model GCS2HU has Q&A's indicating people have successfully used it with wireless mouse/keyboards.

• because the receiver of the wireless signal plugs into a USB port, one should be able to plug the K&M receiver into the 2 Port KVM
