- Answer IOGEAR says: The GUD3C06 does have 2 USB 3.0 ports for USB peripherals . One of the 2 ports is marked and supplies 1.2 amps. Yes the GUD3C06 will work with an external disk player. Thank you for choosing IOGEAR
