Yes the documents are saved in your pics. You can email from there.

You can scan to a PC or smart phone and email from there.Pretty easy.

Hello. I'm not exactly sure what your question is. You can scan a document to a folder on your computer and simply email it from there. If you are trying to send a scan straight to an email address I don't see a way to accomplish that with this machine. Hope that helped!
