Maybe Bluetooth is too far away? Our speakers get static when we accidentally move our phones too far away from the speaker.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve been told by ION to do a reset of the speakers and hopefully that helps. Regardless I hear a feint, very high-pitch sound when I play my speakers at a low volume. I’ve returned them once already :(
