• Yes. 1/4 output on wireless receiver to 1/4 Mic input on ION with standard 1/4 to 1/4 cable

• The Tailgater Sport will work with wired microphones. The Bluetooth will not allow microphones to be connected, and is meant for streaming music from a Bluetooth enabled device such as a smartphone.
