“I've had this speaker less than a year and the battery will not hold a charge?! When plugged in, the icon will show full charge, but once unplugged it indicates '2 bars', then '1 bar', then off. Has this been an issue? Can the battery be replaced?”

• I've had no battery issues with mine. Once it is charged, I don't leave it plugged. I usually recharge it when it gets down to 1 bar.
