A:Answer I have used this speaker at tailgates and backyard pool party. At both the tailgate and home it was loud enough to get me a visit from the local police. It is very loud, I also own an Ion Blocker that has wheels, I would say that they are pretty comparable, one is light and easy to pack, the other is great for big parties and has wheels and a handle. The Sport is a replacement for the Ion Solar Stone that I had but would no longer hold a charge. Great concept but Ion needs to get the solar charging/holding a charge problem fixed in order for me to go back. I actually had two solar stones because they can be connected which is great in the backyard but they are not quite there yet. I ended up returning both, covered under the protection plan that I purchased through Best But, bot my money back for both.
