“Why is it that when my car is powered off, I can't take my phone out ? Like the holder also powers off when car is off. I usually take my phone out after I shut off car. I thought this gadget was supposed to hold a charge an hour after car is poweof”

I push the button on the back and it releases my phone after the car is turned off. The ring that tightens it on the back cracked on my husbands and they were very responsive. If you reach out to them they might be able to help.
