• Hi Keith, Wireless chargers always generate a bit of heat, which can't be avoided entirely. To help prevent overheating, we recommend positioning the mount so that your phone will be out of the sun. It would be even better if the mount is positioned so that the phone/cradle portion sits in front of the Air Vents, which will help to keep your phone cool.
