“I initially placed this on my dash but due to the contours, the adhesive did not work. I now want to adhere it to my windshield but I can’t get the black disk off the suction cup. Does anyone have advice on how to get it off without breaking the unit?”

• It does come off. I removed mine after a year. Just slowly start pulling hard.

• There is a lever you must lift up or it will not move

• you should be able to pop up the suction cup lock and pull the tab on suction cup and it will pop off unless you stuck the side of the black disc with the adhesive to the mount.
