• Did you use the black circular dash plate that came with the mount? The mount will work on the windshield without the black plate, but will not reliably work on a dash without the black plate.

• Nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol works to get sticky stuff off of glass and most car dashes.

• I had to glue mine down. It was top heavy and would not stay on the dashboard. Glue it down
