• Yes. It has a very strong Suction cup mount. Right now it is attached to my windshield. I’m getting a new vehicle soon and will probably mount it to the included plate that I will attach to the dash.

• Yes and no. if you needed to use the flat disc to attach to the dash, then no. It doesn't easily come off. If you had just the mount attached to your dash with just the suction, then yes.

• Yes, just losen the suction cup from where it is mounted and then move it along with the 12v Cable to the next vehicle. If suction adhesive isnt sticky, then wet with warm water and let air dry then suction it.
