• I have a very thin case on my iPhone 12 Pro and it will not charge with the case on. So I can't imagine it will work with an Otterbox.

• We use iPhoine SE's with otterbox cases charges perfectly. Most people that have charging issues need to adjust the holding height of the phone to make sure the charging spot aligns with the phone holder.

• Incorrect. I have an Otterbox Commuter and it works perfectly. If your phone can wirelessly charge on other chargers with your Otterbox on, it’ll work with this.
