• A:Answer I have the Note 8 - and I don't see why it would not work for the Note 9. There is a metal card that sticks to your phone or phone case, and that is used to keep the phone on the mount. I really like this mount.

• A:Answer You should be able to stick the round metal place directly to your pop socket (usually the round one is the same size for this reason). The one disadvantage is that the pop socket has a little play in it, and thus the phone probably will have some jitter when driving. Not a problem when using for most things, but if on a video call, the other person will not be pleased!

• A:Answer Hi there! The suction cup has a sticky gel on it to help provide a strong hold. The performance of the suction cup base will likely deteriorate if it's moved repeatedly. We would recommend that you go with an air vent mount option if you're planning on using it primarily in rental cars.

• A:Answer Hi Chloe, The iTap comes with two metal plates that can be attached to your phone. One is for phones with wireless charging, and the other is for phones that don't have wireless charging. So if your phones don't have wireless charging (or you don't use that feature), you can connect one of the plates to each phone.
