QuestionBack in April of 2022, I bought and upgraded an iPhone 11 from Amazon. Unfortunately, when I make phone calls, the ear speaker is not loud enough for me to hear. I tried everything. But when I go to Best Buy to fix this issue, will it mess up my Face ID?

QuestionWhen bringing in my iphone to check and see if it is the battery that needs to be replaced, do I need to make an appointment? I believe that is what is wrong, it is no longer charging, turns off randomly, and will say it's at 100% but won't turn on????
