Q: QuestionBest Buy staff says they don’t have my iPhone battery in stock. I was told they can’t order it until I schedule an appointment for the replacement and they will need to keep the phone when the appointment is made until the battery arrives. Why?

• A:Answer I had this done about 3 years ago on an iPhone 6s… on that model they had to replace the screen if the ear speaker was not working. On my 6s the screen replacement was $150 and the Apple Store completed it in about 2 hours.
